About The Conference\/ ICVHE 2019<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Education and practitioners need a transformation in preparing the human capital towards the adoption of computers and automation with smart and autonomous systems filled by data and machine learning, which we all called revolutionary industry 4.0. Challenges such as interconnection, information transparency, technical assistance, and decentralised decisions need the engagement of the universities responding at global and local levels.<\/span><\/p>\n

Engaged universities with the development their nations and, at the same time, with the global challenges, means to initiate how people adoption to the ability of advance technology to connect and communicate with each other via the <\/span>Internet of Things (IoT)<\/strong> or the <\/span>Internet of People (IoP);<\/strong> to collect immense amounts of data and information from all points in the manufacturing process, thus aiding functionality and identifying key areas that can benefit from innovation and improvement; to visualising information comprehensively for making informed decisions and solving urgent problems on short notice; and to make decisions on their own and to perform their tasks as autonomously as possible. Only through the <\/span>effective collaboration between governments and public agencies, universities and research centres, enterprises and NGOs<\/strong> the implementation of those advance technology will be a reality. Universities are called to become a trigger of change, standing at the centre of the discussion and moving towards action<\/span><\/p>\n

This ICVHE aims to be a respected international forum with aims to discuss the recent improvement and challenges on Vocational Education nowadays and in the future, from the research insight, especially applied research in field of administrative, business, information and technology; health (management) science; and social humanities.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The event will gather representatives from different countries and from diverse areas of knowledge and fields (education, research, public institutions, organizations) in order to talk on empowering human capital towards industry 4.0. The Conference is devised as a space to exchange ideas and discussion on the challenges that the education and manufacturing faces in preparing the human capabilities to shift into the current trend of automation and the role of advance technologies play in those challenges.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Conference is addressed to national and international experts from universities, institutions, organizations, business and other agencies and will be held in Manado, North Sulawesi, Indonesia, from 5th<\/sup><\/span> to 7th<\/sup><\/span> August 2019 at the Four Points by Sheraton Manado. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

During the event there will be three types of sessions: keynote sessions, industrial talks, and presentation of experiences and cases. Through these three different types of sessions we intend to have an interactive conference. With a multidisciplinary approach, the International Conference will gather experts from around the world and representing different stakeholders<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n
